NOTE: You must be teammates before you can transfer or receive an appointment from a teammate.
- Click the SCHEDULING button on the top navigation bar, or click the date of the appointment you would like to transfer from the Homepage Dashboard calendar.
- Click the MY CALENDAR to see your booked appointments.
- Click "SHOW: teammate appointments" checkbox to see your teammates' schedule.
- NOTE: you cannot initiate a transfer FOR your teammates' appointment - you must ask them to transfer the appointment in question to you.
- The "MY APPOINTMENTS" tab contains details for yours (lighter color) and your teammates' appointments (darker color). Click the "Transfer" icon for the appointment you want to transfer
- Select the teammate you would like to transfer the appointment to from the dropdown and click the Yes button.
- NOTE: if your teammate is "greyed" out or can't be selected, then there is a conflict in the office rules preventing your teammate from accepting the transfer (most offices will limited how frequently you can book in a month/quarter...you cannot accept a transfer that would violate that limit).
- You will receive a confirmation message that a transfer request has been sent to your teammate. When the teammate accepts the transfer you will be sent an Alert to notify you.
- NOTE: your teammate MUST accept the transfer or it will remain in your name; if you are in contact, please advise them the transfer is waiting to be accepted in their account.
- You can see the transfer history for each of your colleagues by clicking the "MY TEAM" button in the top navigation menu and then the "MY TEAM" tab. Click a teammate to see their incoming/outgoing transfer history.
