Double bookings are difficult for all parties and RxVantage is designed to prevent this from happening. Once booked, an appointment cannot be booked by another rep - whomever holds the appointment on your calendar is the rep scheduled for that day.
RxVantage also records the appointment history so practices can see who booked the appointment and if/when it was confirmed. This is a quick and valuable resource that will help you resolve discrepancies as soon as they arise.
To view the appointment history, go to "Scheduling" and navigate to the appointment in question. Click on the time and you will see the appointment details in the window on your right.
Select the "Appointment History" tab and see important details, like:
- who booked the appointment and when
- when the rep was alerted to confirm the appointment
- when the appointment was confirmed
- when the appointment was canceled (and by whom)
This information is not visible to sales reps and cannot be altered -- not even by RxVantage Customer Support -- making it a reliable "fail safe" to settle any questions as soon as they arise.
