In order to book a dinner program appointment, offices require that you enter in a minimum amount of information: topic, speaker, and location.
- When viewing an appointment, click Book.
- You should see the following modal dialog:
- Enter in the required fields at a minimum. The required fields are Topic, Speaker, and Location. The location must be populated from the dropdown so that it's a verified location.
- Click Save. The next screen is a confirmation screen. Make sure the information listed is correct - if it's not, click Edit Details to go back and edit. If it is correct, click Book to complete booking.
If you no longer wish to book the dinner program appointment, click Cancel at any time during the booking process and it will release the appointment back to other reps to book.
