Click the SCHEDULING button.
- Find the appointment you would like to cancel.
- Click the CANCEL icon next to the appointment in the UPCOMING SCHEDULE window.
- Confirm that you would like to cancel the appointment. Other reps in the area will be notified of the cancellation UNLESS you de-select the checkbox.
- The rep will automatically be notified that you canceled the appointment. As a best practice, we recommend you send a personal message to the rep explaining why the appointment was canceled. Select "Yes, Send Message" in the pop up window.
- Type your message in the window and click "Send"
